6. Appointment Cancellation sent to Staff via SMS

Whenever an appointment is cancelled by the client, the staff member will receive a text message alert notifying him/her of the cancellation. In order for this to be received, the staff member has to include his/her mobile number under My Account->My Account and check the box to receive text messages.
