The reports available in checkAppointments can be downloaded and printed in either Excel or PDF format. Reports differ from Lists in that Lists are in-app data that can be clicked through whereas Reports are static data that can be saved locally. Reports are generated based on a Start and End date. In certain types of reports you can choose which way to run it (described in the How Report can be generated column in table below) in order to display information in alternate ways.
