Creating a Client List

If you want to get all the basic Client Info and Address Info out of your checkAppointments database, you'll need to run a Client List report. The Client List report looks very similar to the results from the Lookup Client screen (documentation for that can be found here). The difference is the Client List report can be exported in an Excel or PDF format instead of just being displayed on screen.

Here's how to do it:

First go to Reports->Client List


Once you've clicked on Client List, all you have to do is select which format you want the report to come in (Excel or pdf) then hit either Generate Report or Download Report to get your results. Please note - if you are importing your contacts to a third party (say an email marketing provider like MailChimp, Constant Contact, or VerticalResponse) select the xls format.
