Setting Up a Holiday for a Specific Location
If you have multiple locations on your account, there will be times when one location is closed down while the others remain open. To create a holiday for just one location, first go to Main->Holiday/Vacation and click the "New Holiday" button:

Once you've pressed the New Holiday option, select which location it will apply to and enter the date range for the vacation:

Once you've filled in the required information (as indicated by the * sign), press Save and your calendar will block off the time period at that location so clients won't be able to book with you during the days the office is closed.
