Appointments are the real meat of the checkAppointments application. They can be made either by your client through your scheduler or by you once you're logged in through Main -> Setup One Time Appointment or Main -> Setup Recurring Appointments. 

Appointment Detail View:

Once an appointment has been set with you, you can view the details of that appointment either through Main -> My Calendar and double clicking on the appointment shown there or through List -> Open Appointments. 

Viewing Appointments through My Calendar

To look at the detailed view of either an upcoming or past appointment through the My Calendar view, first go to Main -> My Calendar

Once in the My Calendar view, navigate with the arrows around the date to get to the appointment you're looking for:

 

Once there, double click on the Individual Appointment and you'll go into the larger Appointment view where you can make changes and add comments. The My Calendar view is also drag'n'drop enabled although the Staff Calendar view is not.

 

Viewing an Appointment through List

In order to find the same Appointment detail screen, you could also go through List -> Open Appointments. 

 

You will get an auto generated list of all open appointments at any location for any staff, but you can filter by location, staff member, and date to find just the appointment you're looking for. Clicking on the Magnifying Glass icon to the left of any appointment to enter into the same detail view screen:
