By clicking on one of the payments, you'll be taken to a page that displays the Client who made the payment, the Status of the payment, the Amount that was paid, the Card Number, the Card Expiry Date, and the Client's Transaction History. By clicking on the first payment that was a cash payment made on payment of 80 USD cash made on November 13, 2015, I can see this information.
You also have the option to delete the transaction by clicking the "Delete Transaction" or return to this invoice that was made for the appointment by clicking the "Return to Invoice" button.
By clicking on the "Return to Invoice" button, I can see where Keith made payments of 20 USD and 80 USD for the Fall Family Portraits - Deluxe Package service. These two payments Closed the Status of Keith's payment as he has paid the full amount for the service. You can click the "Cancel" button to return to Keith's Payment History.
If I click on the "Delete Transaction" button on Keith's Payment History page, his payment of 80 USD will be voided and the status of his payment will change from "SUCCESS" to "DELETED". I have voided Keith's documented payment of 80 USD in the image below.
If you delete a client's transaction and it becomes void, the client will still owe the amount to complete the transaction for the service as the payment has just been voided. By clicking on the "Return to Invoice" button again, I can see that the Status of Keith's payment has become "OPEN" again and he owes the 80 USD in order to have the service completed. Check out this link to learn more about voiding payments.
This is how you can view payments and use the "Delete Transaction" button to void payments, and the "Return to Invoice" button to see the Client's invoice.
