Once you've clicked on Client List, all you have to do is select which format you want the report to come in (Excel or pdf) then hit either Generate Report or Download Report to get your results:. Please note - if you are importing your contacts to a third party (say an email marketing provider like MailChimp, Constant Contact, or VerticalResponse) select the xls format.
