What are reports?

The reports available in checkAppointments can be downloaded and printed in either Excel or PDF format. Reports differ from Lists in that Lists are in-app data that can be clicked through whereas Reports are static data that can be saved locally. Reports are generated based on a Start and End date. In certain types of reports you can choose which way to run it (described in the How Report can be generated column in table below) in order to display information in alternate ways.

Open Appointments

Gives list of all open appointments for all staff members on the account for time period set in date range fields

Completed Appointments

Gives list of all completed appointments for all staff members on the account for the time period set in date range fields

The Class Summary report gives high level details of all of your classes' schedules during a given time range

Client/Service

Gives list of clients, type of service they book for, and number of times they have booked for that service

Services by Client

Client Name; Service; Count (# of times service booked by client)

Gives a full list of clients for the entire account
